This policy explains how Type 5 Marketing LLC (“we”), which operates Dial & Lume at dialandlume.com, handles information when you visit the site. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the site, and we never sell it.
Information you give us
If you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address and message you submit, so we can read and reply. We use that information only to respond to you. We don’t add you to a marketing list, and we don’t share it with third parties except the email infrastructure that delivers the message to us.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we use Google Analyticsto understand how the site is used — pages viewed, general location, device and browser type, and which links (including buy links) get clicked. This helps us see which content is useful. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and processes this data on our behalf; see Google’s privacy documentation for how it handles that data. The information is aggregated and is not used to personally identify you.
Affiliate links and cookies
Some links on the site are affiliate links (see our affiliate disclosure). When you click one and visit a retailer such as Amazon, that retailer may set its own cookie to credit us with a qualifying purchase. That cookie is set and controlled by the retailer under its own privacy policy, not by us, and it lets us earn a commission at no cost to you.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell or rent your personal information.
- We don’t run our own advertising trackers or ad network beyond the analytics described above.
- We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on. Blocking cookies won’t stop you reading the site. If you’d like us to delete a message you sent through the contact form, email us at info@dialandlume.com and we’ll remove it.
